Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway

Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway runs West of Moscow to the ancient town of Zvenigorod, through picturesque pine forests along the shores of the unpolluted upper Moskva River. Since the tsarist time, the areas to the West of Moscow have been reserved for the royal family and the higher nobility, and today, indeed, the Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway with government dachas, including presidential resorts and tightly guarded compounds, is he leader in the market in terms of prestige and price tendencies.

Novorizhskoye Highway

Novorizhskoye Highway (aka Novaya Riga) - a modern 6-lane road running through picturesque terrain to the North-West of Moscow - has today become an excellent alternative to Rublevka, and is the most dynamically developing area in the suburban real estate market. The key feature of this ecologically safe area is abundance of water bodies, such as Istrinskoye, Ruzskoye and Ozerninskoye resevoirs, ice-age lakes with strikingly pure water, small rivers and streams. Minskoye and Kievskoye Highways

Minskoye Highway is bordering the prestigious Rublyovo-Ispenskoye Highway area on the South-West, and is also a very popular, safe and prestigious location. Minskoye and Kievskoye highways offer the so-called “old dacha” compounds, a classic example being the writers' village of Peredelkino where many prominent Soviet and Russian writers and artists still have their out-of-town residencies.

Kaluzhskoye Highway

Kaluzhskoye Highway runs South-South-West from Moscow and has been actively developed lately. The area features several presidential compounds and resorts such as Archangelskoye Resort where Russian Prime Minister Fradkov currently has his residence.  Today, Kaluzhskoye Highway area offers quality houses in secure gated compounds in both "elite" (de lux) and business class segments of the market, such as Belgian Village, the Pine Forest Estate etc.
